All US orders ship from Switzerland via FedEx Express.
We ship all ANT SHACK orders using FedEx Express for fast, fully tracked, and reliable international delivery.
Most USA customers receive their order within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Production / processing time
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.
During periods of high demand, processing may take longer.
The current estimated production time is always displayed at the top of the site before purchase.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Delivery times shown are FedEx Express estimates. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are handled directly by FedEx. While delays are rare, they may occur due to factors outside our control such as customs clearance or weather conditions.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS.
All FedEx Express shipments include full tracking, which becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our prices and may be applied by your country upon delivery.
