Fast & Reliable USA Shipping (2–3 Business Days)

All US orders ship from Switzerland via FedEx Express for fast, fully tracked international delivery. Most US customers receive their order within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Production / processing time

Most orders are made and dispatched within 3–7 business days. During high demand, processing may take longer. The current estimated production time is always shown at the top of the site before purchase.

Total typical delivery = processing time + 2–3 business days shipping.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on order size and destination. Delivery times displayed are FedEx Express estimates. After dispatch, delivery is handled by FedEx. Delays are rare, but can occur due to customs or weather.

Shipment confirmation & tracking

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email (or SMS if provided). All FedEx Express shipments include full tracking, typically active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Prices do not include customs fees, duties, or taxes. These may be charged by your country upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs procedures can occasionally cause delays.

If your order arrives damaged, email info@ant-shack.com with photos of the packaging and the items. We’ll help quickly.
